Impossible to tell.I any case its up to you as Plaintiff to push the case forward.More accurately it's up to the Solicitors acting for you.That said if the injury was serious and is still casuing you problems the lawyers & insurers may want to wait until they are sure they have a clear picture of just how long term any after effects may be.A question for your solicitors really.
