I want like a cool outfit to buy... but i have no style or fashion sense...Can anyone help? ?

Urm i want something thats casual but in fashion and that will keep me warm cus its so cold here in Stoke!! My fave shops are topshop and river island cus i love that kind of style...but i just cant put an outfit together
