87 fullsize bronco. Was running fine till i sank it. fulshed all fluids. what could be wrong?

flushed all fluids. oil front and rear ends and transfercase.behind the glove compartment was making a ticking noise then the 4X4 would kick on..I disconected it from this computer chip looking box. is that box the computer?? And what should i do??
