Moving on from Hurt?

Hard to move on . Should I feel quilty ? Now I lay her crown down . But she changed my life , wanted her as my wife . She is gone and I am trying to move on . Quilt sets on my chest . Hard to breath and getting no rest . Just so damn hard to move on . Can any one suggest , anything something at best ???
