Is Tsukushite Agemasu mature?

One website said it was Romance, Comedy, and shoujo. Another site deemed it as mature. Which one is it? Mature for me is alot of skin, inappropriate touching, and serious making out. ahahaha basically i dont ind if they kiss or hug but anything more is a little too much for me
