What do you think of terrorist leaders who say they fight to liberate the oppressed people?

What do I think of them? Well, they sound like hypocrites and cowards, obviously. But that is the only response to the question the way you've described it. If it's applied to a real situation, there is probably another perspective. Even when it's from people we despise, it is always best to try and understand the other perspectives.
