What does this poem mean?

its about a troubled girl, one who was abused by her father so she tries to fill the gap with men and drugs. she cuts herself, very depressed, she has no where to go. She escape reality when she gives herself false love like with the men, but then wakes up and remembers. she just wanders why not end it meaning she cant keep living like this and thinks she should commit suicide.
