Are "Disociated" Jehovah's Witnesses "The Antichrist?"?

I have read that the only time a man is not to be met with a greeting is when he is the "Antichrist". So if a person leaves the WTB society for reasons of doctrinal disagreements , NOT having anything to do with a loss of his/her faith in Jesus or His Father, but for a teaching like "blood" or "shunning" or how the "resurrection" actually, took place, and then decides he/she can no longer stay out of CHRISTIAN conscience, they are to be considered not wortyh of speaking to, and evil? How can the WTBTS impose this degree of shunning on people who have NOT renounced their belief in God or Jesus, but in a worldly "Organization"? How can they be referred to as "antichrist?"
